What it is
AcornReply collects every customer message — email, live chat, a contact form, or your own app through the API — into one inbox, then does the slow part of answering. It pulls the customer's history and the right help-center article, and writes a draft in your voice. You read it, change what you want, and send. A human hits send by default; auto-reply exists, but it is off until you deliberately turn it on.
What it leaves out matters as much. No ticket numbers for your customers, no routing rules, no SLA timers, no round-robin queues. Those exist to coordinate a support department, and a team of four does not have one. Setup takes minutes and needs no DNS changes: forward an address, paste a snippet, or share a link.
Who builds it
AcornReply is built and run by PerfSpot LLC, a small US software company, as one of the Middlefield family of tools. We ship small, focused products and keep them running. This one started as our own problem: support for a handful of tiny products kept landing in a shared mailbox that nobody owned, and every reply meant digging up the same context by hand.
There is a free plan, and paid plans when you outgrow it. Questions and problems go to the contact page, and a real person reads every message.
