Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity on your account.

The service

AcornReply is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-drafted replies are starting points; you are responsible for the content you send to your customers. AcornReply is not a CRM or a customer-service helpdesk; we draft suggested reply text, and what you send is up to you. We may update the product, pricing, and these terms; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AcornReply to send spam, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful messages, to reverse-engineer the service, or to evade rate limits or abuse protections.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use AcornReply at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PerfSpot LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or remain inactive for an extended period.
