Three ways in, one inbox.
Email forwarding
Forward your support address and new email lands in the inbox. Replies go out under your workspace name, and customer answers come back to the inbox. No DNS changes to start.
Quick startContact form
A hosted page, an inline iframe, or a launcher button. Same embed key as the chat widget, its own script tag.
Quick startLive chat widget
One script tag, on every plan. Chat replies do not count toward the outbound-email cap. Only a reply that goes out as an email does: when the visitor is no longer in the chat and there is an email address on the thread.
