AcornReply
For mobile app makers

Your App Store Support URL, ready before you submit.

App Store Connect asks for a Support URL and a privacy policy URL. Google Play asks for a contact email and a privacy policy. Paste your store link and you get a support page, a privacy policy to finish, and one inbox for every reply.

The problem

The store wants a Support URL. You have an app, not a website.

You built an app, not a website, and one form field should not cost you a website. The usual workarounds each bring a new problem.

  • No page to point at.

Building a site just to fill one form field is a weekend you do not have.

  • Your personal email in a public listing.

Google Play shows the contact email on your listing, to everyone who opens it.

  • A privacy policy from a generator.

You get pages of text you did not read, about practices your app does not have.

  • Replies mixed into your own mail.

A bug report sits between a receipt and a newsletter.

How AcornReply solves it

Paste your store link. Leave with two URLs.

One setup gives your app a support page, a privacy policy and an inbox. You do not need a website or a domain.

  1. Your app, read from its listing.

Paste the App Store or Google Play link and we fill in the name and the app icon. If the listing names your website, we take your colors from it too. No link yet? Type the name instead.

  2. A support page with its own URL.

It lives at yourapp.acornreply.com/support, and it is the Support URL App Store Connect asks for. The contact form is open on the page, so an app reviewer sees a way to reach you at once. The email address shows only after a click, and the page source never holds the full address.

  3. A privacy policy you finish, not one you skim.

It starts with only the parts Apple and Google Play ask a policy to cover, with your app name and support link already in. That leaves 7 parts in brackets for you. Publish stays off until each one is filled. AI can rewrite the wording or polish yours, but it never fills a bracket for you. Once published, its link is your App Store privacy policy URL and your Google Play privacy policy URL.

  4. Every message in one inbox.

Form and email land in the same inbox. AI drafts a reply to each one. You edit it and hit send, from the web or the iPhone and Android apps.

Example

A solo developer, submission day.

They paste the App Store link, and the name and icon fill in. They fill the 7 brackets in the privacy policy and publish it. Then they copy the Support URL and the privacy policy URL into App Store Connect. Four starter questions wait, unpublished: restore purchases, cancel or refund, report a bug, delete my account. They edit two and publish them, and those two show on the support page.

Getting started

Two URLs before you submit.

Sign up, paste your store link, and finish the privacy policy. Then copy the Support URL and the privacy policy URL into the store form.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a website?

No. You get an App Store Support URL without website hosting or a domain to buy. The support page and the privacy policy live on your own AcornReply subdomain, such as yourapp.acornreply.com. On a paid plan, the privacy policy and the help center can move to your own domain. The support page stays on your AcornReply subdomain.

What does Apple want behind the Support URL for App Store Connect?

Apple says the Support URL must lead to actual contact information, so users can reach you about problems, feedback and feature requests. Your support page has the contact form open on it and your support email one click away. If the law where you sell asks for more, such as a postal address, check that before you submit.

Will this get my app approved?

We cannot promise that. Apple and Google decide. We give you the links their forms ask for, and the content of the policy is yours to check.

Can I put the support email in my listing?

Yes. Use the support address AcornReply gives your app. Mail sent to it lands in your inbox next to the form messages, and your personal email stays off the listing.

What does it cost?

Free covers up to 20 apps (one workspace each), your first 20 AI drafts and 500 outbound emails a month. Pro is $20 a month, one flat price for all your apps, with no limit on apps. No card to start.
